No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Holistic Nature
Our offerings — including Ayurveda, Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, Meditation, Energy Work, and related modalities — are holistic and complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Medical Responsibility
Guests are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any wellness, detox, meditation, or therapeutic program.
Participation Assessment
Participation in deeper experiential sessions such as Past Life Regression (PLR) or Life Between Lives (LBL) may be subject to professional suitability assessment. Guests experiencing acute psychological or medical conditions may be advised not to participate.
Personal Responsibility
All guests participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during their stay.
The Naad (Sound) Initiation offered by our Spiritual Master is a sacred spiritual blessing. It is:
Non-commercial in nature
Not guaranteed
Offered solely at the discretion of the Master
Dependent on spiritual readiness and alignment
Revive Wellness Retreat reserves the right to respectfully decline requests for initiation.
To maintain a peaceful healing environment, guests agree to observe the following during their stay:
Sattvic lifestyle: strictly vegetarian and alcohol-free
Respectful silence in meditation areas and designated zones
Mindful use of electronic devices to maintain a calm environment
Guests who repeatedly disregard these guidelines may be asked to leave without refund.
At Revive Wellness Retreat, each stay is carefully prepared with dedicated therapists, organic supplies, and personalized scheduling.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance can be paid 3 days prior to arrival or upon check-in.
For fully customized or extended retreats, full payment may be required prior to arrival.
Cancellations & Retreat Credit
– Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival:
Deposit is non-refundable but converted into a retreat credit valid for 12 months.
– Cancellations within 14 days of arrival:
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling
One date change is permitted if requested at least 7 days prior to arrival (subject to availability).
No-Show / Early Departure
No refunds for no-show or early departure. Unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Cancellation by Retreat
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose:

Full retreat credit
Guests understand that:
Participation in wellness activities is voluntary
Natural environments (hills, trails, caves, etc.) carry inherent risks
Revive Wellness Retreat and its team are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
Guests are advised to carry travel and medical insurance.
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for booking, safety, and service purposes.
Your data will never be sold to third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kathmandu courts.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
