Inner Sound (Anahat Naad) & Guided Spiritual Practice
A quiet space for sincere seekers
At REVIVE Wellness Retreat, we occasionally offer a quiet space to experience guided spiritual practice in the presence of a Himalayan practitioner.
This is not designed as a regular commercial offering, but as a small and carefully held space for those who feel a genuine connection to meditation, inner silence, and the exploration of sound (Naad).
This experience is shared with simplicity and respect for individual readiness, rather than as a structured or transactional program.
This program gently supports participants in moving inward through simple and structured practices, including meditation, silence, and guided awareness.

Nadeshwari Shanta Juna Maa
Nadeshwari Shanta Juna Maa is a Himalayan practitioner dedicated to a life of meditation, silence, and inner awareness.
Her journey includes many years of personal practice and extended periods of solitude in natural environments, including forests and mountain regions of Nepal such as Shivapuri, Gosaikunda, and Daman.
She has also undertaken spiritual pilgrimages in the Himalayan region, including journeys toward Kailash–Manasarovar.
Her approach remains simple and experiential, focusing on direct practice, presence, and inner reflection rather than formal systems or institutional teaching.
She meets participants in a respectful and human-centered way, encouraging openness and inner stillness beyond labels, beliefs, or backgrounds.
This program is available only during specific periods when the practitioner is present at REVIVE.
